Farmers Carry Fitness Challenge

The challenge is "simple".... participants will perform seated bicep curls for as many repetitions as possible, using dumbbells approximately 25% of particpant's body weight for men and 15% of participant's bodyweight for women.  Whomever completes the most repetitions wins.

Top male and top female finishers win prize/reward.
