Navy Mid-South Fitness Challenge!

2018 NAVY MID-SOUTH FITNESS CHALLENGE!!!

Registration:                       26 Mar – 20 Apr 2018

Captain’s Meeting              30 April 2018

Program Dates                   7 May  – 1 July 2018

Teams:                                Active Duty, Reservists, Retirees, Dependents, and DoD with valid CAC/ID card. Must be at least 18 years of age or older by 18 September 2017. Team size limited to 1-4 members with no alternates

Fees: Active Duty – FREE | All Others - $5.00

Program Details: Teams score points by logging hours at NSA Mid-South Fitness facilities, participating in weekly challenges, and completing assigned tasks. Point totals are calculated weekly and highest total wins a prize each week. Weekly challenges and mystery challenges will be announced via program schedule, as well as at Joe Dugger Fitness Center and the Fitness Facebook page. ONLY hours logged at NSA Mid-South Fitness facilities will count towards team total. Other MWR-sponsored events can count, based on coordinator’s decision. Initial weigh-ins and measurements will be taken and used to gauge overall success upon challenge completion.

Awards: The team with the most points at the end of 8 weeks will receive individual awards, as well as a team award to be displayed at Joe Dugger Fitness Center
