Highlights from Navy Fitness Ladies Night held Feb. 23

Demo of step class offered a sneak peek at one of the great group exercise classes available.

​

CLASS: STEP CLASS (Free)

MON/WED 1630-1730 |  SAT 0900-1000

NAVY FITNESS CENTER

​Aerobic workout consisting of basic movement patterns
to increase the work of the heart and lungs using the Step.

Group exercise classes are open to children 10 years of age or older
but only if they are supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

Participants should be medically cleared to participate in this or any fitness program.

Child & Youth Program
 
 
 
The Child & Youth Program provides care and activities for children of all age groups. They provide full time, and after care for children between 6wks-12yrs. To learn more about the Child & Youth Program here in MIDSOUTH, please click on the links below.
