Open to all MWR authorized patrons with valid military issued ID card.

Tickets to enter free drawings and games to win prizes distributed at entrances to event and welcome tent. Bring, chairs, blankets and towels! Waterslides, water guns and misting tents onsite along with bounce houses and outdoor games!

• Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Water and small snack bags will be allowed.
• Food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
• Debit/credit and cash accepted
• No pets allowed
• No weapons, fire arms, knives allowed
• No illegal substances
• No coolers allowed (included small soft coolers)
• Shuttle service will be available to and from housing
• Clear bag policy, be prepared for bag search if carrying a diaper bag/kids bag
• Parking will be available in lot off of Oriskany and Intrepid/ handicap parking available
• No registration needed for this event
• Kids/ family fun carnival time from 1700-1930 with food trucks and vendor games, balloon art, Concert 1930-2100
• Designated smoking areas available
• Concert is available to anyone with base access and escorted guests
• Special needs viewing area will be available for handicap
• Lawn chairs are allowed, lawn blanket allowed- Items will be subject to be searched on arrival

  • Parking is free and we utilize large areas and parking lots throughout the base. Upon arrival, please follow the direction of our Security team and they will guide you to parking. If you require handicap or special needs parking, please display your handicap placard prominently and you'll be directed to the appropriate parking lot.
