Information collected on form below will be closely reviewed and used to prepare a proposal for a vendor package including available options best suited to meeting your business goals.

Support your military family while promoting your brand to an exclusive military population. Before, during and after ALL our events the air is buzzing with participants and spectators eating, socializing and perusing the various vendor booths present. This is an excellent opportunity for a representative of your company to interact directly with our military patrons.

Please note: Navy MWR as event host, reserves the right to refuse vendor space to any individual or organization whose product is deemed inconsistent with the mission of the Naval Support Activity Mid-South. Products that are not allowed include: CBD products, drug paraphernalia, weapons and firearms and material of a political nature. We reserve the right to disqualify any product a vendor wishes to sell or give away. Any food products presented will need to be inspected by base medical.
